Colinas Sacred… Frozen in time ??

Someone said it and talked about Quito…its name and location in the World has always been “THERE”… 2.800 mts of altitude (above sea level) and every Culture that arrived, stayed…from the Center of the World was spoken and even the Incas succumbed and its last Hierarch was born in Quito, Atahualpa his name. What rhymes of truth are and its rich History noticed that among Hills or “Navel of the World” this Old City grew and its Cosmovision commanded!!! because the energy with more force was felt and each one of them (surrounding Hills that wrap our Old Quito…) as natural observatories were considered and as Sacred Hills that “tie” to life are.

To worship their Moon, Stars, Water and their King Sun was an imposition and thus connect the human and every living being in balance and harmony of life. The last Castilian conquest (today Spain) between Plazas and Cuadras reconsidered them without being able to avoid that among those Sacred Hills spirituality with its Cross connected between Convents in living light arrived. Oooh, Itchimbia, Center of Power and Mystery, Sacred Hill of the East where the Sol goes out in this world and people seek Vision !!Point of reunion and offerings still is and remember that all in the World related and connected are!!!!
