Middle of the World

We will transport to the northern side of Quito. We will begin our tour with a visit to a ceremonial center located on the parallel 00° 00′ 00″. Here we can appreciate architecture from the years 200 AD and 680 AD.

Later we will visit the Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve and we will enjoy a spectacular view of the volcano’s crater, while tasting a delicious traditional drink.

Afterwards we will visit the Middle of the World Tourist Complex, where the Site Museum and the monument of the equator are located. Here we will learn about the ancestral indigenous culture and the ancient inhabitants of this land, an energetic point where the northern and southern hemispheres come together generating impressive magnetism.
